If you are having trouble hearing sounds on your iPad or iPhone, please try the following steps to fix it:
- Make sure your device is not set to "Silent" mode. People switch their device to silent to avoid being interrupted by unexpected sounds, such as ringtones and incoming message sounds. This also can disable sounds like game soundtracks.
- Check to make sure you are hearing other sounds on the device, such as alerts and music. If you are not, check to ensure that the volume is turned up and the "Mute" switch on your device is not turned on.
- Within the game, go to Settings and Audio and make sure the Sound and Music sliders are turned up.
- Try powering down and restarting your device.
- Uninstall and reinstall the game (note this will erase your save game progress, unless you are using iCloud to back it up).
