First, please try shutting down your device, restarting it, and then run the game again. There is a chance the item you purchased will be applied after restarting.
If it is still not showing up, double-check your App Store account and verify that the purchase was successfully completed.
If the purchase was successfully completed and charged, please contact us with your receipt and we will get it to you another way. Please ensure that your receipt lists the name of the game, date of purchase, item purchased, and the price. Please do not send us bank transaction numbers.
If you are an Android user, you can supply the email address you use for Google Play.
If you are a BBR2 user, please also provide your BBR2 user name.
