FOR ANDROID USERS: If you are logged into the Play Store with the same account you used when you originally purchased the item, you should be able to click again on the item, and it will give it to you without re-charging you.

If that doesn't work, please contact us with a copy of your order confirmation number and we will help you get your purchase!

FOR iOS USERS: Make sure you are logged into the App Store with the same account you used when you originally purchased the item.  Then  go to the Settings / Support screen and click "Restore Purchases".  
 
If that doesn't work, please verify that your order was successfully processed, and then contact us with your confirmation number.  We'll be sure to get you your item or help you get a refund.
