Every character in Beach Buggy Racing has a special ability. Some characters like Rez have abilities that make them go faster.
Others -- like Benny -- have attack abilities. Each character's ability takes time to charge. You can see the circle filling in on the left of the screen. When the ability is charged, you can use it once per race.
